My daughter was hit full impact by a silver Dodge charger with dark tint. She's 8 yrs old, in the 3rd grade and was left there along the side of the road, the driver left the scene and never rendered aid or even stopped to check on her. My baby is suffering bleeding to the brain and a fractured skull ! We need all the help we can receive at this moment anything helps. "Help heal my daughter and find this driver please"!
