Help Bring Kiancee Home – A Loving Daughter Who Deserves Justice

My name is Tina Gipson, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my daughter, Kiancee, a 22-year-old young woman with a bright future and a heart full of love.

Before her life took a sudden turn, Kiancee was doing everything right — she worked hard as a manager at Popeyes Chicken, attended college, and was the primary caregiver for both of her parents, who struggle with serious health issues. Her father suffers from kidney failure, congestive heart failure, and high blood pressure, while her mother battles COPD and diabetes. Despite all this, Kiancee managed to balance work, school, and family with strength, grace, and compassion.

But on December 19, 2023, her life changed forever. After finishing her shift, Kiancee picked up her boyfriend to check on her parents. On the way home, she was pulled over, and a gun was found in the car. It wasn’t hers — she had no knowledge of it being there — but because it was her vehicle, she was arrested alongside him. Now she faces an unfair 11-year sentence for a crime she did not commit.

Kiancee has never been in trouble a day in her life. She has no criminal record and has always been known as a kind, loving, and responsible young woman. Our family is devastated and doing everything we can to fight for her freedom, but we need help covering her lawyer fees so she can have a fair chance at justice.

Her absence has left a huge hole in our family — especially for her mother, who is now struggling to care for her sick husband alone. We’re praying and believing that the truth will prevail, and that with the right legal support, Kiancee can come home where she belongs.
