Kevin was a kind, driven young man with a bright future ahead. He played soccer for his high school team, where he was known not just for his talent on the field, but for being a supportive teammate and a loyal friend. After graduation, Kevin planned to attend community college to continue his education and create a better future for himself. Sadly, just before this important milestone, he was taken by ICE and is now unable to walk the stage with his classmates — a moment he earned and deserved.

The Meriden education system failed Kevin by not protecting or standing up for him, but we as a community must not make the same mistake. We walk for Kevin, we fight for Kevin, and we demand justice for him.
