Justice for José Saúl Rodríguez: Fight Unfair Deportation

José Saúl Rodríguez was unlawfully detained on September 4th by ICE agents. A beloved community member from Santa Cruz, California, José has been an impactful member of his community. José, a hardworking man who has spent years tirelessly working in the landscaping industry, has done everything to abide by the laws of the United States, live a life of dignity, and support his family to the best of his capabilities.

A father, grandfather, brother, son, and uncle, José’s detainment has punctured a hole through the Rodriguez family. Suffering from medical problems from a recent heart attack, his family is concerned about medical negligence within these detention centers since he confirmed he is not receiving medication, and this highly stressful situation has done nothing to help with his condition.
