This money is being raised to offer as a reward for anyone who provides a tip leading to the arrest and conviction of Jordan Hightower's killer.  It is mine and my family's solemn promise that 100% of the funds available will be offered as a reward for the arrest and conviction of Jordan's killer, we will keep nothing of it for any other purpose!
