On June 27th myself and my passenger were aggressively forced out of our truck and detained by AZ boarder patrol that AZ hwy patrol called on us because he felt I was transporting an illegal alien. We had been earlier pulled over by an AZ state trooper that said I had a suspended license which is hard to belive because I've had my license ran several times and no other officer said it was suspended. Trooper instructed us to drive off the hwy and had us park in a very secluded area out of view of passing vehicles and truckers. Officer completed his traffic stop and left. Boarder patrol arrived and drew gun on both me and my passenger instructing us to get out of car. We were parked where the officer had us park and while on phone with my attorney....we were not doing anything illegal or wrong. They broke my truck windows and drug us to the ground then almost shot my passenger when one officer yelled GUN. WHILE MY PASSENGER WAS ON GROUND FACE DOWN WITH HANDS BEHIND BACK WITH 3 AGENTS ON TOP OF HIM. we do not have weapons of any kind. I'm setting up this gofund me account to help with attorney fees for legal justice and so we can get Jesus out of detention center and back home.

UPDATE: July 17th 2026 Jesus has been released and called me from Cancun Mexico. he didn't have much battery life left but I'm expected to hear from him in a few hours. I'm hoping we can work towards getting him back to the states legally now. I'm so grateful with everyone's help financially and if not financially by helping spread the word. this has been such a surreal life changing experience i do not wish on anyone.
