Justice for Jeremy: Support His Funeral
We are devastated to share the tragic news of my brother, Jeremy Benavidez's, brutal murder today. He was viciously ambushed and killed in cold blood by his cousin, Orlando Rosendo Rodriguez, who, driven by hatred and allegedly exposed as a rapist and drug dealer, hunted Jeremy down and shot him multiple times. Jeremy bravely made his way to a sister's doorstep, bleeding and uttering his killer's name before succumbing to his injuries. The alleged murderer is currently at large and was even captured on video smiling after his heinous act. This senseless loss has left an enormous void in our lives.
We are humbly asking for your support to help us provide Jeremy with a proper burial, covering his funeral costs, headstone, and plot as well as family financial hardships at the moment. We are all eternally grateful. Jeremy was an innocent victim, taken from us far too soon.
