Help Jeremy Jackson — A Purple Heart Vet Fighting for His Kids and His Rights
Hi, my name is Stephanie Corn, and I’m starting this campaign on behalf of my dear friend Jeremy Jackson, a disabled U.S. Army combat veteran, a Purple Heart recipient, and above all — a loving father who has been unjustly torn from his children by his ex-wife with the aid of the court system in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
After years of service, sacrifice, and surviving combat, Jeremy never imagined his biggest battle would be here at home, in the very country he fought to protect.
A Hero at War, A Father Under Siege at Home
Jeremy served honorably in the U.S. Army, where he fought the global war on terror, earned a combat infantry badge, and sustained injuries that earned him the Purple Heart and countless other accolades. He came home with physical and emotional scars — but with his heart set on being a strong, devoted dad.
Instead, he’s been met with legal obstruction, judicial misconduct, and what appears to be collusion between court officials and attorneys — all working to keep him from his children, even after the original false allegations by his ex-wife against him were disproven.
He has now filed a federal civil rights lawsuit (Jackson v. Law, 2:25-cv-00420, W.D. Pa.) to expose and hold accountable the actors who contributed to this ongoing injustice — but the cost of standing up for justice is steep on a fixed income.
⚖️ Why Jeremy Needs Your Help
Jeremy is representing himself in federal court, as the system has already drained him of resources as he has been fighting now over a year. He’s not asking for luxury — just for fairness, a chance to be heard, and the ability to fight back for himself and all the others who are fighting this same horrific battle!
Your donation will help cover:
Court fees, filing costs, mediation costs for 15 defendants
Record requests and evidence preparation
Travel expenses related to court proceedings
Basic support while he continues his legal battle full-time
No Innocent Father, Especially a Veteran, Should Be Kept From His Kids
The same man who risked his life for this country is now being denied one of the most basic rights we claim to hold sacred: the right to be a father.
This isn’t just about Jeremy — it’s about every veteran, every parent, and every citizen who’s been crushed by a broken system and divorce.
Please help us raise awareness and support. Share Jeremy’s story, donate what you can, and stand with someone who stood for all of us!
Every Dollar Helps. Every Share Matters.
Let’s send a message: Justice isn’t just for the powerful. It’s for the people. Jeremy Jackson deserves his day in court — and his children deserve their Dad.
Thank you,
