When my case was moved to a new county, they also missed my updated address, even though it was written in the petition several times. As a result, important documents were sent to an address I haven't lived at for eight years. This oversight led to my unlawful incarceration and caused me to develop PTSD.

I am pursuing a civil case against the county and state for the damages caused by their negligence.
