Neglect and Cruelty at "The Dog Stop" East End Location.
We sent our 5 month old puppy Java to get training and grooming at “The Dog Stop” East End Location for the weekend. Monday morning before I left to pick him up “The Dog Stop” called me to tell me my dog passed away unexpectedly. I was in shock. My daughters were historical when they heard the conversation. I met the district manger at the veterinarian center to get answers. The manager shared that puppies unexpectedly pass away when there is health issues such as a stroke etc. I had to wait for the autopsy report to get answers. I was in disbelief, when I received the report. Hearing the doctors emotional response to the autopsy report over the phone was devastating. To find out our puppy has been attacked by a dangerous adult dog. He was killed. Java’s injuries were visibly horrific. Java had multiple wounds on his head and body. Java’s skull was also demolished.

How could “The Dog Stop” let this happen? Why was I not told the truth? Why would the employees lie to me? Why was our 5 month old puppy placed in a room with an adult dog?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Later, to find out the employees did not follow policies by placing the dogs together in the wrong room and then leaving the room unattended. Also the employees were aware of the other dogs temperment issues which were triggered by small dogs.  So many questions not enough answers! Please show my daughters support by sharing our story. We want to bring awareness of the neglect and cruelty that takes place at this business “The Dog Stop” The employees need to be punished. This business should have their License revoked!
This was no accident!!!!!!!!

This was no accident!!!!!!!!

My daughters are distraught, they just want their puppy back.
I am lost for words. Java is missed by all of us. Java was our everything. He brought us peace, happiness, and emotional support . He was so energetic he kept my daughters busy. We need justice and closure. I know a new puppy won't replace Java but I know having a dog brings so much joy to my girls. Please help us get justice for Java. This should have never happened.
