I want to see justice for my son and his friend. My son, Jared, and his friend, Iman, were innocent bystanders while attending a football game at Southern University between Southern University of Baton Rouge and Texas Southern University of Houston, Texas, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The game was held on November 15, 2025.

They are both graduates of Texas Southern and alumni of the marching band. These law-abiding young men are respected in their community, are role models, and have never been in trouble. They have no police record and were just enjoying the band that evening. Both Jared and Iman were brutally attacked by the Baton Rouge Police, where they sustained moderate bodily and mental injuries. Because of the nature of the incident, they have to be represented by lawyers. Videos can be seen on YouTube.
