On the morning of Wednesday, April 7, 2021, our beloved James was selfishly taken from us by an off-duty Pentagon City Police Officer. James was a father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend who touched the lives of those around him.



We are deeply devastated by the loss of our loved one, James. We want to give James the going off he deserves, honor his memory, and say our last goodbyes.
