Justice for icee

My dog Icee got shot on New Years Eve night while we let her out front to go potty. All we heard was gunshots and see her running in the house bleeding out the side of her mouth profusely. We immediately took her to the vet and she needs to have emergency surgery to get the bullet residue and pieces out.. she broke her jaw, lost several teeth. Without this surgery, they really don’t think she will make it.. She is eating and drinking through a syringe. Cannot move her jaw without yelping. I hate to see her in pain, prayers and anything you can give means more than anything. Thank you so much.
