I am a mom, a disabled Marine veteran, and a transgender woman. I am currently facing an urgent legal crisis related to an ongoing family court matter. I am seeking immediate assistance to retain qualified legal representation so I can fully protect my rights and present my case fairly in court.

This situation has placed me under extreme financial and emotional strain. Because of my disability status and limited resources, I am struggling to secure the legal support necessary to navigate a complex and high-stakes process. As a transgender woman, the possibility of incarceration is especially frightening due to well-documented concerns surrounding the safety and treatment of transgender individuals in detention settings.
