Justice for Gunner: Our Family's Plea

Gunner unfortunately had to be euthanized. The damages caused by this evil act were far too severe to sustain life. Please continue to keep Robert in your prayers through this difficult time.

we drove to the university of Illinois to ensure Gunner would receive a necropsy after his passing. We have a STRONG idea of who did this to him. We have to wait until the middle of the week to hear back about the additional toxicology screening. He will have to be sent to the university of Michigan to have this done. Today, March 15, 2025, our beloved dog, Gunner, fell victim to poisoning—an act we strongly believe was intentional. Despite the veterinarians’ best efforts, his condition remains critical, and his fate now rests in God’s hands. He is fighting for his life, and we are holding onto every ounce of hope.

We are sharing Gunner’s story not only to raise awareness but also to seek justice. We are raising funds for a toxicology test to determine whether the substance found in our neighbor’s garbage matches the toxin in Gunner’s system. This test is crucial in confirming the cause of his suffering and ensuring accountability for this heartbreaking act.

Gunner is only three years old. He is more than just a pet—he is family and, most importantly, my brother Robert’s best friend. The pain of watching him go through this is indescribable.
