Justice for Frankie Palaguachi: Fight Unlawful Termination

With a heavy heart, I share something I never thought I would face. After 18 long months of disputes, the NYPD has unlawfully terminated me over a false positive drug test. The test was conducted by Psychemedics—a lab already proven wrong in court after falsely accusing Boston police officers. Yet here I am, fighting the same battle, but this time against the NYPD.
My name is Frankie Palaguachi, and I never imagined life would take this turn. From day one, my union turned its back on me, and I was left to fight with only my attorney by my side. I quickly realized this fight isn’t just about me—it’s about every member, past, present, and future, who deserves protection and fairness.
I’ve done everything to prove my innocence. I took multiple independent tests—two with the same lab the NYPD used, one with Omega Lab, a urine test, a toenail test, and even a polygraph. Every single one came back negative. Still, I was cast aside as if the truth didn’t matter. My promotion to Sgt was delayed, and I was demoted for speaking the truth, which I thought would favor me because I was helping others, but it was turned against me.
This fight has cost me more than I could have ever imagined. I am a father to a beautiful son with autism, and he depends on me. Right now, I am asking for help—not just to continue the legal fight, but to keep my family standing during this storm.
Your support will help cover:
• Attorney fees to keep fighting for justice (Article 78)
• Child care for my son
• Temporary support for my family while I work to rebuild
This is not only my battle. It is about justice, fairness, and protecting families from going through what mine is enduring.
I will not stop fighting. I will not give up. But I cannot do this alone.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for standing with me—for your support, your prayers, and your belief in justice. May God bless you always. If you cannot donate, I completely understand. Please share my story so it can reach the right people. Together, we can make a difference.
