Justice for Ezequiel Espinoza – Funeral, Legal & Autopsy Fund

On May 21, 2025, our beloved Ezequiel Espinoza was tragically shot and killed by police officers in El Centro, California. He was just 22 years old. The incident is currently under investigation by the California Department of Justice because Ezequiel was unarmed. While the circumstances remain unclear, we are committed to uncovering the full truth and honoring his life with the dignity and justice he deserves.

As of 2026, we continue to try to raise funds to proceed with a lawsuit against the City of El Centro for taking Ezequiel's life without due cause.

We are raising funds to help cover the urgent and significant costs we now face, including:

Funeral and memorial expenses

A potential private autopsy

Legal representation to pursue justice

We are heartbroken and overwhelmed, but we are standing together to demand answers, protect Ezequiel’s legacy, and make sure no steps are missed in this critical time.
