My name is Allen Black and I’m raising funds for an attorney so I can fight for my beloved pet, Elvira! Every donation will be going towards and every donation helps!!

On April 19th in Harrison, Arkansas;Elvira was shot and killed by my neighbor. She was on her own property, alerted me by bark, and wasn’t attacking anyone or harming anything. The man that shot her claimed self defense and because of small town politics nothing is being done about it. We can’t let this get swept under the rug. She deserved so much better than to be gunned down in her own front yard! This is a clear case of ANIMAL CRUELTY/ABUSE!! the beliefs for said actions are premeditated. The defendent at question fired two rounds in a residential neighborhood with 2 churches down both ends and an elementary school 2500ft away (.4m). Children WERE PUT IN DANGER, and they want to press zero 0 charges! There have been claims someone at the HPD (Harrison Police Department), wants to say "I said i understood the situation and he was in the right" this is just FALSE and a FOIA will settle that claim! Please help if you can, Even if it’s just sharing her story!! We appreciate each and every one of you in advance. Her sweet smile will never be forgotten.
