My name is Elliot Johnson, and I stand before you as a man falsely accused not just for myself, but for every man who’s ever been misjudged because of the color of his skin.

A simple, innocent conversation inside a Journeys store turned into a storm of lies. The young lady herself confirmed I did nothing wrong, yet I was branded guilty in the eyes of strangers.

This isn’t just my fight. It’s a reflection of a deeper wound, the same injustice that’s followed our people for generations. False accusations have stolen lives, crushed spirits, and buried truth beneath fear.

I refuse to be silent. I’m raising funds to take this battle to court, to clear my name and prove that our truth still holds weight in this world.

Stand with me. Stand for truth. Stand for justice. Because if they can do it to me, they can do it to any of us.
