My name is Dev'Ron, and as a black man, I understand how important it is to have your father in your life which is why I am a trying to raise money for a lawyer to represent me in my custody battle that has taken a turn for the worst. All I want to do is continue to be a part of my 9 year old son Brayden’s life. I am also accepting any lawyer referrals in Southern California or in Riverside County. I am 100% innocent & I need a lawyer to help me prove so. I recently went to court for a false domestic violence restraining order against me and lost, despite having evidence proving the allegations were false, while my son’s mom had no evidence to support her horrendous false allegations. Even though I have no history of domestic violence ever in my life,

the judge, "felt she was telling the truth" and ruled in her favor over my physical evidence.

The Judge granted my son's mother a 3 year restraining order against me and for me to enroll in a 52 - week domestic violence class, and supervised visits.

I know it’s not over, but I literally feel like I've had my son ripped from me and I've been an active part of his life since his birth.
