On March 26 Judge Elum had me entrapped at the Massillon municipal Clerk of Courts staff. And I have EVERY MINUTE on audio. As of March 29, 2025 the situation has managed to escalate even more. We had a rigged trial my Mom and I both feel we were treated as criminals. While trying to get an Appeal for a fair trial as appellate's Judge Edward J Elum with a shaded past including a 2012 discipline and another in 2015 and NOW he has falsified a UPL accusation on me. ( I'm licensed practice of law. But I am a victim and I have the right to become a pellet with my mother under R.C. 4705.01. And entrapping me at the Massillon clerk of courts. We have audio we are uploading to TikTok. Hello, my name is Kilina Jellel. My mother is Darlene Jellel. We have been experiencing a property dispute that has escalated to a distressing level. The neighboring property owner, involved with the neighborhood drunk, has been harassing us day and night for weeks on end. Most of the videos are available on my TikTok page where I have been documenting this entire situation. We have video evidence of police coercion, city code misconduct, and building inspector misconduct. We are seeking help for a survey and help cover the legal costs.

As I am making this GoFundMe for my mother, right this very minute, they are trespassing on the other side of our fence. It is a very unsafe situation and they have already threatened us several times. The police have done absolutely nothing. We have been given the runaround to the prosecutor's office and back, we have taken this issue to the mayor a few weeks ago, Mr. Jamie Slutz. I have tried and done everything I can think of. I have sent them a certified notarized cease and desist letter. There is seemingly no other way and nothing else I can do. I have contacted several attorneys. An endless array of doors being slammed in our faces every way we turn.

I'm not very good at asking for help. I don't even know how really, but this is for my mother, and we need all the help we can get.
