Justice for D: Puppy Shot By Neighbor

My sweet 13-month-old puppy was shot and killed by my neighbor when she was running to me after I called her. Shot 4 times from 100 yards for the offense of cutting across a corner of his unfenced property. Far from the first time he has killed an animal for his own satisfaction.

I am determined to ensure this man is held to account on behalf of my sweet girl and many others. Legal expenses are estimated at $25k or more. Many of you following this horrible tragedy have kindly offered to assist in my effort to seek justice for the senseless and violent way my girl met her end.
