Codi, was brutally beaten and strangled to death by several individuals, on September 27th 2015,
The Medical Examiner has ruled Codi’s death a Homicide, unfortunately Allegheny County, PA Detectives made many mistakes in Codi’s case.
Based on that the Allegheny County DA will not prosecute Codi’s case criminally!
The family of Codi Geno Joyce must now go through the Civil Court System with the hope that the findings will lead to criminal charges to those who participated in Codi’s brutal murder and ultimately gain convictions.
Unfortunately the family does not have the money to financially do a proper civil case.
