Justice for Chip and Theo

This campaign as been created to help raise potential legal fees after the events that occured on March 7th, 2024 at Desert Horizon Park to our boys Chip and Theo. Hopefully it can help lead to justice for the horrific actions of one human being.
Basic details of the event:
At approximately 4:15PM, Theo and Chip were at the park with their owners playing ball, yes they were off leash.
Chip and Theo were both very friendly boys towards humans and other dogs.
They curiously approached a gentleman walking his dog with a friend, but never made contact or showed any signs of threat or aggression.
The man immediately pulled a loaded gun from his hip and shot both animals.
- While they both lay incapacitated from injury, he stood over them and fired additional bullets into both animals.
- Chip was shot multiple times in the head and died immediately.
- Theo was shot multiple times as well and died shortly after
The police recovered 6 bullet casings from the scene. The shooter was arrested and later released with no charges.
This fundraiser has been created to raise money for legal expenses for Jenny & Adam.
The funds will be used to build a case against the man that needlessly ended the lives of two beloved pets, Theo & Chip. Any donations are sincerely appreciated.
