Justice for Chance

On 1/2/2018, our family member, Chance, was viciously shot twice by an off-duty law enforcement officer for NO reason except he didn't like pitbulls. Our Chance was the most loving, sweetest dog, who loved attention and all he wanted was to be loved. The guy who murdered him shot him not once, but two times to make sure that dog would die. We are wanting to retain an attorney to get justice for our Chance, but as we all know that costs money. I normally would not plead for help, but in this case, and as a pet owner, our family member was killed for no reason and we want justice. Thank you in advance and anything to help is more than appreciated. I apologize in advance for the graphic images, but this needs to be heard so justice can be served for our Chance. He didn't deserve this, no animal does.
