Justice for Caleb stuck in a corrupt Adoption Scandal

Hi my name is Stephanie,

My son was subjected to a corrupt forced adoption nearly 10 years ago done by Wrexham social services and North Wales adoption. They made out I wasn't good enough and made sure my rights was taken away from me and I was silenced.

Since my Son has moved to Germany with his adopted mum 3 years ago she has allowed me to see my son Caleb and have regular contact with him. But 2 years ago her care for him deteriorated and subject him to physical and emotional harm, as well as her dumping him as she's had enough of him and can no longer cope with him. So he has been placed in a psych ward and in homes till I contacted social services in the UK, she then decided to go back for him me getting a call from German police stating my son is trying to jump out or 3rd story windows as he was depressed and wants returning to the UK. Then few months later she has dumped him again and is now stating she still can't look after him she needs time for herself, I have contacted social services again but they won't take any liability of Caleb or jurisdiction.it has also come out he was subject to sexual abuse from his adopted dad who pulled out at the final court hearing but the adopted mum didn't disclose why so she could still adopt my son, I told social services this and they said if they knew they would of pulled the adoption there and then. It also has come out Caleb was subject to physical harm by his 1st foster family this is why social services moved him from that placement. I have contacted my solicitor they want to take it back to court but i can't get legal aid for them to instruct a solicitor in Germany for us to bring the case to the UK. I also have got the government involved and they have advised me to get a German solicitor to help us with this case.

I really wouldn't ask for help with funds as I'm to self proud and all for helping people.my kids are my whole world and I do absolutely everything for them , my hands have been tied for months with social services not willing to take it to court for an adoption break down hearing. But please could anyone help any amount they can towards my legal costs to get justice for my son and get him from Germany back to the Uk and back to where us his family can support him through his mental trauma he's struggling with.
