My son, Billy Day was murdered by some police officers of the Crestview Police Department. They're trying to say he was suicidal. If that's true then why did they kill him. They're saying that he pulled a gun on the negotiating officer. If that were true then why wasn't he shot also? He was standing at my son's car window . Myself and his dad were calling Billy and he was answering our calls. We couldn't get a word in because the negotiator kept talking over us and told us to stop calling. The so called negotiator promised me that they wouldn't hurt him. He LIED ! I tried to call him when everything was over and he hung up on me. You can tell by the picture that I posted that it was excessive gun fire. My son was heartbroken because of a break up. He would never have pointed a gun at anyone unless he felt threatened. He was parked at a closed car wash minding his own business and they pounced on him like he was a wanted murderer. Billy had never been arrested in his whole life or had any dealings with the law. Someone please help me with this wrongful death catastrophe.
