Justice for Bernie: A Family's Plea

My name is Amanda, my Mother was born Levern Fogg, but everyone that was close to her called her Bernie, my mother was loved by everyone that knew her, she grew up in liconville and moved to Camden rockport graduated from Camden and eventually moved to union and raised her two daughters myself and my sister jade gustafson, she has a older sister Marion, my mom was the type of person who would’ve gave the shirt off her back she was kind and loving to everyone she knew, she had the biggest heart and a spirit in light in her like no other. She was a grandmother to my three boys, a sister, a mom and one of the best friends you could have she worked hard at pen bay for over a decade. She moved to waldoboro after living in union for over 20 years and that’s where she has resided

On Thursday was the last anyone had spoke to my mom, she didn’t show up to her work which wasn’t like her they did a welfare check on her and found my mom deceased, this brought tragic news to our family. There was foul play involved my mom had been murdered, I’m still in disbelief. We all are.

My Aunt my moms sister is trying to deal with all of the emotions of losing her baby sister so I’m starting a fund raiser to help contribute with the costs of my mothers final wishes. Anything will help. EVEN just sharing.

My mom may be gone but she is definitely not forgotten and we will find justice to the man that did all of this.
