Justice for Bella and Pepper

Hello, my name is Natosha Lank. My son Logan and his girlfriend Brynna are Bella and Pepper’s parents I am the grandmom and just trying to do all that I can to help get justice for Bella and Pepper. Their lives ended before they should have, at the hands of a killer. Pepper was three and a half years old and Bella only a year and a half. We did not have enough time with them!

Both Bella and Pepper were found on Aug. 2nd a half mile South of hwy 92 on 660th St. dead, dumped over a bridge after being shot in the back of their heads and their feet tied with ropes. They did not deserve this. They were friendly. I understand some people are scared of dogs in general but it is obvious that they meant no harm and were probably happy to go for a ride with someone and sat obidiently while someone shot them from behind. What kind of a human does this and can live with themselves. If they were a nuisance, all the neighbors knew who they belonged to. Bella’s collar was still on her with all the information needed to contact the owner and have them removed from any property. We would have been happy to pick them up. We want everyone to know where they were found and where they were last seen wed. The 27th of July, which was a mile and a half south of hwy 92 and 1/8th of a mile from the intersection of Tucson and 680th st. South Cumberland, Ia. There are conflicting stories as to what time they were last seen. At noon, at 2 p.m., and also there all evening. If the stories lined up that would be helpful. So we want any information anyone has seen or heard. Someone should be held accountable for this inhumane act.

Reward continues to grow! As of 8-3 we are almost at $6000

I have created this go fund me not as a way to raise money as much as a way for me to keep track of all of the generous donations towards the reward we started to get to the bottom of who has done this to our babies. We want you to know how much we appreciate this outpouring of generosity and hope that it not only helps our family but shows the public that the community will not let this kind of evil go without a fight, now or in the future. If you would like to contribute to the reward/legal fees you can do so here. Do not feel like you have to participate monetarily. All the shares of our story is wonderful support as well. Our intentions are for this money to be used for a reward that would lead to legal actions against the one that committed this crime. We need someone to come forward with information that would lead to solid answers about this crime. If no reward is given/no information, you can choose whether you would like a refund, or if you are ok with us paying it forward either to someone in our predicament or towards helping crimes against animals in general. We are so moved and so many people have stepped up that this reward started at $1000 and is close to reaching $6000. How amazing is it when God moves?! Please read our story, please share our story.
