This morning at approximately 8:10 a.m., Arnold Yan was arrested from his car on a warrant — without resisting arrest.

Let this sink in:

Police waited until he dropped his child off at school.

Arnold was taken to Keller Jail and then transferred to Fort Worth, where he is now being booked into Tarrant County Jail.

Who is Arnold Yan?

• ❌ No prior criminal history

• IT Engineer

• ‍ An exemplary, devoted father

• A man who was forced to become an expert in the law to defend himself and his family

His real “crime”?

Standing up to corrupt special interests operating under the color of law.

Arnold — along with his ex-wife — opposed the illegal seizure of their family home.

Despite both owners objecting, a court:

• Inserted an unrelated third party into their divorce

• Sua sponte appointed an attorney as “trustee” over their marital assets

• Allowed that attorney to force a lien on the home — not for justice, but to pay attorneys’ fees

Read that again.

A third party walked into a divorce and took their home.

A Pattern of Abuse

Arnold’s case is riddled with:

• VOID orders

• Legally indefensible rulings
