Hello, I'm Heather Kepner. I am Anna Kepner's biological mother. Anna Kepner was the young 18-year-old that was killed while on a cruise by her stepbrother. Anna's father didn't even tell me she had died, nor did he plan to, and he even told me I wasn't allowed to attend her funeral/celebration of life. He's made me look like I didn't care about my daughter by alienating me from Anna. I love my daughter and will do anything for her.

I am trying to raise money for a very good lawyer. I want justice for my daughter's death. I want everyone who was supposed to keep my daughter safe held accountable for her death. Her father was warned about her stepbrother being weird around Anna, sneaking into her room in the middle of the night, and yet her father, my ex-husband, did nothing about it. He put them in a room together on that cruise, which in turn led to her stepbrother killing her.
