If you've met Amari, you have been blessed. She has a smile that will light up a room. She graduated from Clark Atlanta with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Fashion. She is a creative soul, free-spirited, and the life of the party! After graduation, she has plans to travel and land a job in the fashion industry, with dreams to create her own clothing line. She has not allowed this wheelchair to stop her from living and fighting for her dreams. She has interned at Nike, Micheal Kors, and many other fashion design programs. She also was selected to attend Fashion Week in Paris. Amari is an ambitious, busy body, and she loves to be on the go seeking new experiences.
On April 20, 2021, Amari's life was changed forever. While driving home from work, Amari was shot twice, with one of the bullets being lodged in her spine. Due to this tragedy, Amari is now in a wheelchair and requiring physical rehabilitation. This gofundme is being started to raise money for Amari's care, medical bills, and other necessities as she has a long road of recovery ahead. She will need help with these new financial obligations. Amari's needs to continue her rehabilitation which is pricey, and insurance doesn’t cover it.
