Justice for Allison and Baby Harvey

Harvey Carson was born on June 2024 to Allison. His father did not have custody, wasn't present at his birth, and wasn't on the birth certificate. Alli maintained contact with the father in an attempt to engage him in Harvey's life but the relationship was rocky.

On November 22, 2024, with no notice of any kind, Harvey Carson was taken away by police and Allison served with an emergency ex parte order placing Harvey in the custody of his father. In the order it was claimed that Alli was suicidal, unstable, and an immediate threat to her child.

Other than this one statement, there was never any involvement or concern of any kind from doctors, friends, family, or state agency.

Supported by a myriad of friends and family, please help Alli fight for her child and get him back into his mother's arms. Those of you who know Alli understand that an unspeakable injustice has been done against her and her child.
