Hi I'm RaeAnn Kennedy Clark. I'm the mother of AlexZander Clark Aka Zander. My youngest son shot in cold blood, unarmed and was murdered during his shift at work. This has been the most devastating and debilitating violent crime that I've ever gone through. I'm trying desperately to deal with the aftermath and I have recently discovered that there are going to be multiple trials to get justice for my son. Instead of just the one murder trial. There is going to be multiple trials which will require me to take the time off of work and to walk through the entire court process for each and every one. There's also extenuating legal fees that are going to be required to get justice for my son that will be on the outside of the DA's legal responsibility. I am humbly asking for any help in covering the cost of legal representation in court fees and trial costs and witness fees and witness fees and expert cost and all of the extras that go along with each trial. I've been a single mom to Alex for 16 years and I have exhausted my savings in the grief and helping Recuperation that I have gone through this last year. preliminary hearing has been postponed again and will be set in the next couple of weeks. One of the trials that was pending, they took a plea bargain and so I reduced the amount we are not going to trial for her. She pled guilty to a plea bargain. 1st victory down! I truly appreciate your generosity It will allow me to bring Alex's siblings down for a couple of these hearings. I am still hyper focused on getting money for the retainer for legal fees. $6,800 is still needed immediately to secure this legal counsel.
