As many of you know, last year my son Alex and his friends Isaac and Trinity endured verbal, physical, and emotional abuse at Millsap Elementary. The pain and trauma they experienced were compounded by the fact that the superintendent failed to report the abuse, leaving us feeling helpless and unheard. In the aftermath, we had no choice but to pull our children out of school, which has deeply affected their education and social lives. As parents, we are unable to work regular jobs because we cannot trust anyone to watch over our children, and we are doing everything we can to support their healing and well-being.

We have been patient as we wait for the criminal court dates, and we also filed a civil suit to seek justice for our children. Unfortunately, the judge dismissed our lawsuit, and now our only option is to appeal the decision. Appellate attorneys are extremely expensive, and the costs of pursuing justice are overwhelming. Any and all funds raised will go directly to attorney fees, travel costs for court, and any other expenses that arise as we continue this fight.

Please, if you are able to donate even the smallest amount, we will forever be grateful. We don't want this fight to end, and we are not ready to give up on getting justice for our children.
