Justice for Ahmar Mustikhan: Fight Systemic Racism

Unbelievable. I am in a state of shock. Although I am angry I also feel bad about this country which is my home now.

They never looked at the camera footage on the intersection which will tell the truth.

I am Ahmar Mustikhan, a brown senior, well-known international human rights defender, writer, anti-racism activist and help people who seek recovery from alcohol and drugs.

I was rear ended by a white juvenile, aged 17, on the afternoon of April 2, 2025 at approximately 3:05 pm at Hawthorne Road while trying to make a right turn on Crain Highway in La Plata, MD at the stop light.

I was justifiably pissed at being hit with a big thud and came out and told the juvenile, “I dont know why people are in such hurry in this country (Meaning him).” The juvenile responded, “Yes, they were honking behind me.” You may imagine what I felt like saying….

I called the Charles County Sheriff Office and lodged a complaint on the phone that day. One officer told me the case belongs to the La Plata Police jurisdiction and not the Charles County Sheriff. Since the police was not reachable at that hour, I called the following morning but the police call went to the sherrif office and a person there advised me to come to the sheriff office and they will call the police there. The two white La Plata police officers, who came to lodge the report 4/3/3025 at Charles County Sheriff Office at around 2:40 pm, were staring at me as if I was from outer space.

They gave me a case number and said the report will be available online after two weeks. When I finally accessed the report, I saw the incorrect/dishonest report that I reversed my car and stuck the juvenile while I was stationary at the stop light when I got struck. I was livid.

The insurer of the juvenile driver,

Erie Insurance 6/2/2025 denied my claim because of the faulty La Plata police report in favor of the juvenile’s lie.

I have every reason to believe I am a victim of systemic racism where the police and Erie Insurance ganged up with the young errant driver to deny my valid insurance claim. The damage rough estimate was $3000 plus.

I made a number of written requests to both the La Plata Police and Erie Insurance but to no avail.

I maybe hurt in dollar terms but holistically speaking, La Plata Police and Erie Insurance are doing grave injustice to a young white American

by teaching him it is profitable to lie and be dishonest. It’s tragic.

I know the whites decimated the Native Americans and did the most horrible things to the Blacks by practicing chattel slavery, lynching and segregation. But I thought now they are genuinely sorry over their past mistakes and want to make living amends. I sure am wrong.

White Supremacists will never become decent and kind in America.

I appeal to every justice loving person in America and in fact anywhere in the world to please donate generously to help me get my car fixed and take this matter to court.
