Justice for a Loving Dad – Wrongly Kept From His Son

My brother is a loving, devoted father who was falsely accused out of nowhere by his child’s mother and grandmother. CPS and detectives investigated thoroughly for weeks, found zero evidence, fully exonerated him, and closed the case completely. Despite being cleared, and despite CPS explicitly stating—even while the case was still open—that he was allowed to continue seeing his son, the mother has blocked all contact. He hasn’t been able to see or even speak to his little boy in over a month.

Now he’s being forced to fight two legal battles at the same time:

1. A custody case to get fair (and hopefully primary) time with his son

2. A completely baseless protective order the mother is trying to put in place, even after he’s already been cleared

To prove to the court that his son will always come first, he walked away from his high-paying long-distance CDL trucking job and is now looking for local work so he can be home every night with his boy.

I’m his sister, and I moved 500 miles to stand by him through this nightmare. What he doesn’t know is that I started this fundraiser in secret. I can’t watch him sink into depression, feeling hopeless and alone while he fights for his child.
