Sadou Sydney was a beloved brother, son, and friend who touched the lives of everyone around him. At just 28 years old, he was an up-and-coming hip-hop and rap artist from Lantana, Florida, known for his pure heart and unwavering loyalty. Sadou always put others before himself, and his greatest wish was to take care of his mother and brother. He spent over a decade making music, pouring his soul into every song, and inspiring those who knew him with his talent and kindness.

On a night like so many others, Sadou was at a music studio with a close friend, working on his craft. Tragically, he became an innocent victim when violence erupted in the studio—violence that had nothing to do with him. Sadou was caught in the crossfire, suffering a critical injury that led to months of surgeries, pain, and hope for recovery. Despite his strength and the love surrounding him, Sadou passed away on August 22, 2025, with his family and friends by his side. His loss has left a deep void in the lives of those who loved him, and justice for his death remains unresolved.

This fundraiser is to help cover Sadou’s funeral expenses and provide his mother with the support she needs during this unimaginable time. Sadou always dreamed of giving his mother a better life, and now, we hope to honor that wish by easing her burden.
