My cousin Marco Antonio Roblero was detained by ICE at a BP gas station in Doraville next to Heaven Eye care on his way to work on 7/18/2026 at 8 am. They had already pumped gas and were getting ready to leave when ICE agents suddenly surrounded their vehicle. The agents crashed on the passenger side of the vehicle to prevent him from driving away.

The gas station worker saw him ran and the ICE agents tased him and jumped on top of him.

After being tased , he was detained by officers and fell face-first to the ground, sustaining serious injuries. An ambulance transported him to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed him with a fractured nose, broken teeth, right arm pain , and bruising on his arms.

While he was receiving medical treatment, ICE agents remained with him at the hospital. Our family was only allowed to speak with him for about five minutes before being asked to leave.

According to the hospital, my cousin was discharged yesterday despite suffering serious injuries. He still required ongoing medical care, but instead of continuing his treatment, he was transported to an ICE detention center.

Our family is deeply concerned about his health and well-being. We are asking people to share his story so that it reaches those who can help draw attention to his situation.

My cousin is an amazing person and is not a criminal. What they did to him was not right and we need justice for his case. This GoFund me will go directly to the family to pay for legal fees, bail, as well as the family’s sudden loss of income and possibly medical expenses.
