Hi, my name is Jennifer, and I’m a mother doing everything I can to protect and care for my child after surviving domestic violence.

My son and I are preparing for an upcoming divorce trial that is critical to our future. We currently have a Domestic Violence Restraining Order (DVRO) in place, and this trial is where I am fighting to maintain 100% sole legal and physical custody — to ensure my child’s safety and healing, free from further trauma and fear.

This isn’t just a hearing — it’s a full trial, and that means I must have an attorney to represent us. I’ve secured a lawyer who deeply understands the sensitivity of our case and is committed to advocating for our protection and future.
