In Loving Memory of Jioenise Dynamite Skiilar Summerfield
On February 6, her body was found wrapped up in some kind of material thrown on the side of the road on 59th Ave and Broadway. Our lives were forever changed when we lost our beloved baby sister, Dynamite/Skiilar, to a tragic act of violence. No words can truly capture the pain and shock our family is experiencing.
Dynamite/Skiilar was more than a victim — she was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and a loyal friend, and a light in the lives of everyone who knew her. She was known for her bubbly personality, kind heart, contagious laugh, generosity, dedication to family, and work ethic. Whether it was feeding the homeless, spending time with her nieces and nephews, helping others, mentoring friends, or loving freely, Dynamite/Skiilar gave so much of herself to others.
Her life was taken far too soon, and our family is left wondering why. Who did this to her? We are grieving a future that should have included her having a family and finding happiness. Many more years of love, memories, and milestones were taken from us.
