I am writing with a heavy heart to ask for your support for Tural Atakishiyev.

Tural was taken into ICE detention unexpectedly. One moment he was living his life in peace, the next he was taken away and placed in a detention center. Since then, he has been struggling every single day—emotionally and physically—inside detention. Being separated from his family, his home, and his support system has been devastating.

Tural is a kind, peaceful person who has never been a danger to anyone. He came here seeking safety and a chance to live freely and with dignity. Detention has been incredibly hard on him, and it has also placed an enormous burden on our family.

We are now facing significant legal expenses to fight his case and secure proper legal representation. In addition to attorney fees, there are ongoing costs related to supporting our family while he is detained. This situation has turned our lives upside down, and we cannot get through it alone.
