Hello everyone, My name is Carla Carrillo, sister of Victor Carrillo, age 27. It is with deep pain and sorrow that I share the heartbreaking news: on the early morning of June 19, 2025, at 4:00 AM, my little brother Victor was tragically killed in East Hollywood by a local LAPD officer. Victor was not just my brother he was a beloved son, father, cousin, and friend to many. His presence brought light, laughter, and love into the lives of everyone he met. He was taken from us far too soon. We are seeking justice for Victor and working toward organizing a proper funeral service where all who knew and loved him can come together to say goodbye and honor his memory. This is not a farewell this is a message to Victor to deliver to our beloved mother in heaven a big hug from all of us here on Earth. You received your wings earlier than any of us expected. We will carry your memory forever in our hearts. Rest in Peace, Lil Brother. We love you always.

Hola a todos, Mi nombre es Carla Carrillo, hermana de Victor Carrillo, de 27 años. Con profundo dolor y tristeza, comparto una noticia desgarradora en la madrugada del 19 de junio de 2025 a las 4:00 AM, mi hermanito Victor fue trágicamente asesinado en East Hollywood por un oficial del Departamento de Policía de Los Ángeles (LAPD) Victor no era solo mi hermano era un hijo querido, padre, primo y amigo para muchos. Su presencia iluminaba cada lugar al que iba, llenando nuestras vidas de amor, risas y alegría. Se nos fue demasiado pronto. Estamos buscando justicia para Victor y trabajando para organizar un funeral digno, donde todos quienes lo conocieron y amaron puedan reunirse para despedirse y honrar su memoria. Esto no es un adiós es un mensaje al cielo
