"Justice 4 Marc" Marc Djurich
Hello my name is Candi, the momma of Marc Djurich 01/07/08 - 07/23/2021 **** LET THE TRUTH BE KNOWN****My Marc, had his whole life ahead of him, with so much love to share, and so much talent, a very very smart boy who had ADHD/ADD, other than that he was a perfectly always healthy little boy who was " Full Throttle " every where he went ( school, sports, home ...at his favorite place to go " Eagle Raceway & I-80 "
13 years old lost his battle to what started out as a simple sinus infection @ July 5th 2021, while in his dad's care 16 hours away in TX. He messaged me and asked after spending a great weekend at his best friends/ more like a brother " Carl" and his grandparents he asked " momma why would my eye be swollen? " My answer was dis you get stung by a bee outside? Or eat anything that you have never eaten before? His answer, "no momma I didn't feel a bite or a sting and I ate McDonald's" ok well that says that it was neither, to me as his momma nor did he ever have any allergies to any food, bites, or any medications. As he was at his pediatricians office alot along with his phycologist to find just the right medication that worked for him with his ADHD/ADD and also lasted longer throughout school and home work as he and the school he attended Elmwood-Murdock we all worked as a team to meet his IEP plans as we had many meetings to move things here and there so it was good for Marc and all those who worked with him at school and home so it was a happy place for everyone especially Marc!
So while in his dad's care in Tx, and after a great weekend at Carl's,
his eye began to swell, he sent me a picture, I asked the questions I mentioned above and it wasn't either of those things, he said it just was swollen as I could see in the picture he sent me..my oldest son called and asked what to do because his father wasn't going to take him to the Dr, he is in between jobs again, and had no insurance on the children. I told my oldest to please if his dad didn't care enough to take him to see a doctor.
( His older brother whom is 25 ) he said momma I know Marc is hurting and it is just getting worse but his dad won't take him to the doctor, ( this was around the 9th or 10th of July by this time) I asked that my son take him to the urgent care or er since I was 16 hours away and his dad was refusing to bring him to the doctor to find out just what was going on. And take care of it sooner than later because it was only getting worse.
This is Marc having ice cream with his older brother after the urgent care said he couldn't be seen as there wasn't a parent or guardian of Marc, just his older brother, they sent them away with nothing done or without seeing him. I told his older
brother he has to be seen by a doctor tell his dad, (I, Myself said he is hurting and MUST SEE A DOCTOR BEFORE IT GETS WORSE ) his dad still didn't take this seriously and left him hurt laying in his bed till the 18th of July @11:00 his older brother said again to Marc's dad he really really needs to go to the doctor he ( Marc ) wasn't even breathing normally ( meanwhile my kids phones were taken away so they could not communicate with me because he doesn't like to admit that " I SAID HE REALLY NEEDED TO SEE A DR AND ALSO THAT HIS OLDER BROTHER SAID THE SAME THING" by this time nothing had been done, NO DR APPT, NOTHING!!! As his dad came in his room after his older brother said HE HAS TO SEE A DR, HE LOOKS BAD, AND HAS BEEN MOANING AND ASKING FOR YOU
( HIS DAD ) TO BRING HIM TO THE DR BUT HIS DAD NEGLECTED TO DO SO THUS FAR. His older brother said Marc's dad came in the room looked at my son laying there.... This picture was taken 15 mins before his dad left to go sell things at the flea market ( because that was more important ) just before his dad walked out he said to Marc "just get up off your lazy POS ass and you will get better on your own.... " " WARM WASHCLOTH, HE'LL BE FINE!!!! The picture of the message sent by gis older brother to Marc's so called dad whom had just left the house!!!

" HOW IN THE WORLD COULD A DAD OF ANY SORT LEAVE HIS SON LAY THERE TO DIE BASICALLY..." THAT IS BY FAR PURE NEGLECT!!! His older brother called 911 the ambulance was there in about 15 mins, with Marc (13) and his sister (15) were the only ones at the house, scared of what to do, what was dad gonna do bc 911 was called ( they knew they would have the consequences after dad found out) but sadly this 911 call was called in by my adoptive dad ( we haven't spoke to one another since March of 2010 ) Marc's older brother did a video chat with my adoptive dad
( My kids grandpa ) and he called 911 from Missouri because Marc's sister was scared to get into trouble from her dad, he made the call! They had made it to Marc finally!!! After all his hurt and asking to go to the doctor and me his momma and his older brother telling his dad he needs to go to the Dr ASAP ( that was back on the 9th of July ) and up to that current day...
July 18, 2021 his dad PURELY NEGLECTED to take him to the doctor " this seemed to be as my oldest son said " that's all I could do momma" also saying " I feel bad bc I didn't call sooner, I thought he would get better (but he wasn't and his dad still had done nothing) so my oldest did a video chat with their grandpa, he said he would call 911 and did so!!! When the ambulance arrived Marc was to the point he wasn't even breathing at a safe place so Marc was intubated in the ambulance in front of his older sister who say beside him because there dad left to go to the flea market. ( His older sister will forever be tramatised by having to see her younger brother go through all this )
He was rushed into Texas Children's Hospital off Fannin in Houston, TX ( I shortly recieved a call from my older son stating where they were taking Marc and the phone # ) Marc and his older sister are both under age to speak as a parent or guardian so Marc was brought into the hospital via ambulance and also a minor without a parent ( and put into their system as an anonymous patient ) as stated above his dad was out shopping. And also NEGLECTED TO GET THE CARE MARC NEEDED BACK ON THE 9TH OF JULY...9 DAYS LATER HE IS BROUGHT IN VIA AMBULANCE HAD A BREATHING TUBE PLACED ( intubated ) during the ride to Texas Children's Hospital . He was rushed into the trama center and many doctors were trying to save Marc's life.,. Layer that evening after they had him stabilized enough to do emergency surgery, the ENT Dr and Antistisiologist called to get consent to do the much needed 1st step to what the Dr explained " this is the first step of a very long process" I was so so scared, at this point I still had not heard from Marc's dad but apparently had been called saying 911 was called and where Marc had been taken to. ( His dad still hasn't let me know what is going on due to his neglect) he will never ever admit to this! After a battle with the hurt for so long, the ambulance ride, an emergency surgery multiple tests done, MRI'S , CAT SCANS, X RAYS, BLOOD WORK YOU NAME IT I AM SURE MARC HAD IT DONE TO FIND OUT JUST WHAT WAS BENEATH WHAT STARTED AS A SIMPLE SINUS INFECTION......HAS NOW TURNED INTO A NON CURABLE MULTI NUMBER IF INFECTIONS, BLOOD CLOTS, COVID, STAPH, ALL INFECTIONS WERE NOW THROUGHOUT HIS BLOOD SYSTEM AND ALSO INTO HIS BRAIN, BONES, AND OF COURSE SKULL.....they took all the sedation away and hoped he would wake up and want to move and breathe on his own, it didn't happen there was no movements not eyes, hands or even a little movement of anything..... He then started having sesures, ( that was the only movements he ever had again ) I made the 16+ hour drive still with hardly any news in regards to my Marc, his dad refused to communicate with me...... Yet some how they could give information to my sister ( who I haven't spoken with since March 2010 either ) and don't care to was getting information on my child as his dad didn't give them my contact # I finally got through when the emergency Dr called after the 3+ hour sinus surgery he had went... That was at 1:51 am on now the 19th so though the night he had this surgery, after that he was brought up to PICU ( bed # 914 ) with all these infections I couldn't even go up to see my lil man, his dad was there and the rules stated he could stay for 72 hours then he had to leave and I could spend the next 72 hours with Marc and if we left the room for anything we couldn't come back for the 72 hour period due to the covid and all the other infections Marc had at this point, I made it to Tx Children's Hospital at just after 4 am on the 22nd ( as that was the 72 hour cut off time ) that was the soonest I would be even able to go to that part of the hospital.... We could have both been in the room but I know and he knows and Marc knows his dad has caused this all due to PURE NEGLECT!!! I couldn't face his dad without causing a scene, and going to jail, as any momma would have been at this point! That was the longest walk I have ever taken in my life, was what seemed to be a million mile walk to get to finally see my Marc! I didn't expect to see what I was about to see.....from a simple sinus infection that could have gotten taken care of ( at this point had been going on day 13 of when he started telling his dad his eye hurt and started to swell up....this is what the million mile walk brought me to... WARNING ⚠️ PICTURE IS HORRIBLE....
BUT AS MARCS MOM I HAVE RO GET THE WORD OUT TO GET " JUSTICE 4 MARC " AND HOPE TO GET JUSTICE FOR THE NEGLECTFUL SO CALLED DAD OF MY SON ( AS THE JUSTICE SYSTEM FAILED ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE BOARD) THIS IS PURE NEGLECT! YET CPS, THE HOSPITAL, THE SOCIAL WORKER AT THE HOSPITAL ALL HAVE FAILED) FROM THE START ( when he came via ambulance to Tx Children's Hospital. Without his dad) there have been 3 CPS CASES ON THIS SAME CAUSE BY 3 PEOPLE ( one being myself, his oldest sister ( 20 yrs old ) and another adult as well none of which have even gotten a call back but we do have case #'s )
Marc lost his very hard fight on July 23, 2021 at 8:26 pm but had lost all brain activity and had not been breathing on his own not even every once in awhile... Like he was previously doing at 5pm the 22nd of July " I BELIEVES HE WAS WAITING FOR MOMMA" I never left his bedside ( only to use the restroom in the room behind where I sat at his bedside) no sleep just unbelievable horrible things going through my mind " it is all just a horrible horrible NIGHTMARE" this cannot be real, I kept saying to myself..... It still hasn't quite hit me as his momma I don't think it will until I complete my promise I made to my lil Marc! To GET JUSTICE FOR HIM AND JUSTICE TO BE SERVED!!! His death certificate will not have the correct cause of death untill I can get this promise I made to Myself and Marc.
I tell myself daily MARC IS NEVER GOING TO BE NEGLECTED, HURT, ABUSED, OR SUFFER EVER AGAIN AS HE RECIEVED HIS ANGEL WINGS JULY 23, 2021 @ 8:26 PM ALWAYS IN MY HEART, NEVER FORGOTTEN .....
It would mean so so very much to Myself and my Marc that I as his momma get the justice he deserves and that justice be served, and his dad may never be able to hurt, neglect, abuse anyone ever ever again! So let's make this happen we can do this I made Marc a promise and I will pay the rest of my life to know justice was served! His dad has had too many chances, this is unfortunately just the proof! Marc passed away on his dad's birthday I think that was Marc's way of Saying
" HAPPY BIRTHDAY !" His dad will never forget what he has caused! And there needs to be " JUSTICE 4 MARC "
