Justin Kelly was a beloved member of the Kelly family. His charming, comedic nature and magnetic personality was his signature, and instantly made him stand out in any room. Justin lived as though his goal was to ensure everyone around him was always taken care of, and smiling. He was more than a big brother to many, especially his little brother Ryan, and a close confidant to his friends.

Justin's life was unfairly cut short at the young age of 22 in a tragic incident that will forever change us. Justin leaves behind his mother Anita, baby brother Ryan, sisters Tikeyah, Ty, grandmother Rose, nephew Cody and a long line of other close family members. Any amount will assist his immediate family with relocation costs, needed counseling/therapy, and possible legal assistance.
