O meu nome é Marli Soares. Em 2017 sofri um acidente de trabalho que agravou gravemente as limitações (pegar em grandes pesos), existentes anteriormente no meu ombro direito, embora a minha maior dificuldade atual seja deslocar-me.
Desde então, fui submetida a várias cirurgias e a longos períodos de internamento em hospital, centro de reabilitação e unidade de cuidados continuados.
A última cirurgia, em janeiro de 2022, teve complicações sérias que me deixaram com grandes limitações, obrigando-me a adaptar toda a minha vida pessoal e dificultando ter uma vida profissional, pois passei a deslocar-me em cadeira de rodas e a estar dependente de terceiros para a minha vida diária.
Além das dificuldades físicas, não fui indemnizada e neste momento ainda me vejo a braços com uma dívida ao escritório de advogados que me acompanhou, desde 2017, mas tive de mudar por falta de confiança e transparência...
Porque peço ajuda?
Recorro a este GoFundMe para pedir apoio financeiro que me permita pagar esta dívida e recuperar alguma estabilidade após anos marcados por enormes desafios.
Vejo-me ainda com um processo judicial, onde a companhia de seguros me pede uma indemnização de mais de 80 000€.

Hello,
My name is Marli Soares. In 2017, I suffered a workplace accident that seriously worsened the pre-existing limitations in my right shoulder (lifting heavy weights), although my greatest current difficulty is moving around.
Since then, I have undergone several surgeries and long periods of hospitalization in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care units.
The last surgery, in January 2022, had serious complications that left me with major limitations, forcing me to adapt my entire personal life and making it very difficult to have a professional life, as I now rely on a wheelchair and depend on others for my daily needs.
In addition to the physical difficulties, I am currently facing a debt to the law firm that represented me since 2017, but which I had to leave due to lack of trust and transparency…
Why am I asking for help?
I am turning to this GoFundMe to ask for financial support that will allow me to pay this debt and regain some stability after years marked by enormous challenges.
I am also facing an ongoing legal case, where the insurance company is demanding compensation of more than €80,000.
Any contribution, even if it is only €1, will make a real difference for me.
