Jack Cantrell is a 7 year old little boy with Cystic Fibrosis.  Most of you guys follow this story and know Jacks History.  Sense April Jack has been in and out of Cincinnati Children's hospital without being able to stay home for more than a few days.  Doctors have decided it's time for Jack to begin the process of getting a lung and liver transplant.  Jack will soon be transferred to Pittsburgh Children's hospital so they can start the process. There are no real answers yet to how long this will take and if it even will happen.   Jack first has to be put on the list at Pittsburgh.  We hope and pray they can find Jack a donor quickly and we can get this little sweet guy to better days soon.
All Proceeds Will go to help offset living and travel expenses for Libby on this journey for Jack.
