Just A Mile focuses on using physical achievement to reconnect our own abilities to our life's purpose. We raise funds to promote awareness for young adults who battle mental illness and suicide.

This year my goal race will be Ironman Timberman 70.3 in Gilford, NH and will spend all 70 miles in a mental battle to finish. In a year where people I know have been deeply impacted by mental illness and suicide, it will be an honor to race for Just A Mile and Active Minds.
