"Hi, my name is Janita Perrin.
Right now, I’m facing one of the hardest times of my life. Due to house arrest, I can only leave home between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.—and I’m using every minute I can to look for work. I’ve had some promising job interviews, and I truly believe I’ll be working again soon. But right now, my utilities have been shut off, and I’m struggling just to get by until that first paycheck comes in.
I’m not asking for a handout—just a helping hand to get through this rough patch. My parents are both fighting cancer, so I can’t turn to them for help, and I want to keep my independence as much as possible.
If you’re able to give anything at all, it would mean the world to me. Your support will go directly toward getting my lights turned back on and covering my basic needs until I’m back on my feet. I’m determined to turn things around, and every little bit helps.
Thank you for reading, and thank you for caring.
With gratitude,
Janita"
