Please help us help Fernando (Luis Marquez) who suffered a mild heart attack this week and had to undergo the insertion of 3 stents in his heart.  Fernando is stable and still currently hospitalized.  Fernando is the only financial support in his household, as his wife, Lisa, is disabled.  Fernando has devoted countless hours to the maintenance and upkeep of the Ventnor on the Bay building and has an undeniable love for all the residents and owners there.  Fernando is a wonderful man, employee, husband and father and this bump in his health will certainly impact his family and home, so we hope to be able to help him stay above water and allow him to mend and rest without fear of falling behind.  Have a heart and help Fernando recover unstressed from his heart attack!
